Who We Are
At North Star Support Co., we believe support planning should feel clear, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Our role is to create thoughtful, person-centered support plans for individuals receiving county waivered services while making the process easier for families and partners to navigate.
We serve participants across Minnesota and understand that every person’s goals, needs, and supports are different. Our planners take the time to listen, communicate in your preferred style, and build plans that reflect the individual behind the paperwork.
