Hi, I’m Rickie!

Rickie is a dedicated human services professional with a Master’s Degree in Human Services and a lifelong commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities. Inspired by growing up alongside a sibling with disabilities, Rickie developed a passion at an early age for helping others live meaningful and fulfilling lives. With extensive experience across the field, Rickie brings both personal insight and professional expertise to the work.

Rickie’s diverse career spans roles including direct care staff, supervisor, director, human resources professional, social worker, and mental health plan writer within an ARMHS program. For the past seven years, Rickie has served as a MnCHOICES Reassessor with Dakota County, while also providing support planning services. Rickie has extensive knowledge of DD Waivers and is also experienced in CADI and Elderly Waivers, with a strong understanding of county systems and person-centered service delivery.

Rickie takes a person-centered and family-focused approach, emphasizing the importance of listening, advocacy, and empowerment. Passionate about ensuring every individual has their voice heard, Rickie is committed to helping people access the supports they need to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives. Known for being compassionate, knowledgeable, and dependable, Rickie is a trusted partner to the individuals and families served. Outside of work, Rickie values time with friends and family, and enjoys camping and traveling.
